TAG Systems product range covers; card body production, card personalization, chip embedding, desktop card printers and 24 hours services. Through our 24 hours services we serve millions of cardholders with transaction surveillance, card blocking services and customer services.
TAG Systems history goes back to 1991 when it started to provide issuers with 24 hr blocking services. In 1993 the company started to personalize Visa and MC cards. TAG Systems is the largest supplier of banking cards and personalization in Norway.
Until January 2006 TAG Systems was 100% owned by employees. Today the company is 100% owned by EDB Business Partner.
In June 2006 the card personalization bureau and banking service was moved to the new main facility. It is a 4.000m2 highly secured building with a top modern card personalization bureau and banking services department. TAG Systems is fully Visa and MC certified to support EMV Data preparation, chip embedding and EMV personalization.
